Most importantly, we review your documents with you, (Credit score, rental references, employment letters etc.) ensuring you are submitting complete offers to landlords and are not overlooked.

Once ready to see listings & put in offers
you sign a “BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT”
Consider this the “CONTRACT”. We now represent you (in some capacity)
